System Refurbish and Develop
We specialize in: System Refurbishment (AMAT CMP, AMAT CVD, AMAT PVD, AMAT ETCHERS) Provides total support for Repair/ Upgrade of Parts/ support Obsolete parts for Semiconductor Equipment. Customise and upgrade Additional OEM chambers in terms of customers application /process. Upgrade RF generators, AMAT HDP ETO to ENI conversions, AE/ENI RF to RPS conversion and Ozone generators upgrade. Support ESC (Electrostatic chuck’s) /Manometers/MFC/LFC rebuild and refurbishment
Repair / Upgrade
We can support all types of Dry vacuum pumps, Turbo molecular pumps and cryogenic pumps. We have a dedicated team who handles the repair of RF generators, RPS Generators, Z-Bot, Chillers (all types) and T&H Controllers. As an ISO certified company, Our main focus is always on Quality with emphasis on timely delivery of parts and services. We also offer 24/7 and standby support to our customers upon request.
Part Manufacturing
Since 2008, BITEC has supplied Ceramic, Quartz, SIC, Silicon parts to major companies in Asia. These parts have been steadfastly produced by our manufacturing company in Korea. And in keeping with our goal to be on the forefront of innovation, we have recently started the development of Bio Chemicals for Cleaning, Gold Plating and Non- Hazard HF Replacement.
