BITEC was established in 2004 in Korea and has been consistently gaining recognition in the areas of products and services in the semiconductor and general biotechnology areas. Starting with the service of semiconductor refurbishing equipment and its parts for the first time, we have been developing and supplying materials for semiconductor process equipment including generators and equipment controllers, which are related core parts. The turning point was met. Semiconductor Chemical Based on its natural R & D capability, we developed “HF hydrofluoric acid substitute” without any harmful effects. We are also expanding our application field by developing “Si Slurry Solvent” and “PR Solvent” as new materials in a new nature friendly area. In addition, by developing alternatives to harmful pesticides based on pure natural materials, we have entered the new BIO industry to solve the problems of acidification and heavy metal contamination of existing soils, and to improve diseases and root diseases of plants, flowers, and fruit trees. The scope of application is being extended to Korea, India, and Malaysia. We will do our best to create a safe industrial environment and a liveable industrial environment through BITEC's Natural Solution.
